Cobalt blue will always be one of my favorite real (so not counting black and white) colors. It's such an enchanting, royal color. It works for spring, summer, fall and winter - you can wear it with black, but even yellow. So beautiful, so versatile.
When I saw this dress, I just needed to add it to my closet. Femininity paired with a casual and edgy side. The combination of the cobalt stripes and those asymmetric hems - just ahh. The perfect shirt dress to run around in all day.
