Givenchy - Le Rouge Perfecto

I was in love with the Givenchy Le Rouge-a-Porter, but a pink lip balm version of this pretty lipstick? Sold! Le Rouge Perfecto is by far the prettiest lip balm I've ever come across.

 

Givenchy Le Rouge Perfecto

Remember the Givenchy Le Rouge-a-Porter? The Le Rouge Perfecto looks just like that one, but in pink leather. It looks simply stunning. 

The Rouge Perfecto is a 3-in-1 moisturizing lip balm that nourishes, plumps and gives a shiny wash of color. The Rouge Perfecto contains an active ingredient derived from shea butter which makes the lips soft and moisturizes at the same time. 

The plumping effect is caused by a pepper extract which stimulates the blood circulation. The volume effect is also enhanced by 'coolact' in the formula which creates a tingling and cool sensation. Le Rouge Perfecto also contains hyaluronic acid that fills in lines. 

For color, the Rouge Perfecto has an active ingredient that reacts to the PH of the lips. This is often used now and creates a different tint to everyone's lips. Mine or much more pink than on the swatch for example.

What I like about this lipstick is that you can feel the plumping effect work because of that cool, tingling sensation. Don't expect Kylie Jenner lips, but I do see a little difference. It's also fun to see how the color turns out different with everyone, but mostly: have you ever seen a prettier lip balm?
