'Néroli & Orchidée' is part of the newest L'Occitane collection. Made with neroli essence from the Mediterranean and white orchid absolute from Madagascar - sounds not bad at all!
Néroli & Orchidée
The Néroli & Orchidée line is part of the 'Collection de Grasse', a collection that pays a tribute to the city of Grasse (located near the Mediterranean in Provence). The city became known as the "perfume capital of the world", by virtue of its expertise over the centuries in the cultivation of aromatic plants, extraction techniques and their combination with precious ingredients from distant lands in the creation of original fragrances. The Néroli & Orchidée scent can be described as floral and fruity.
Thoughts
The products on the photos are a body oil, a bath milk and a lip gloss. The body oil comes in a pretty fancy looking glass bottle. I love the aesthetic of the whole line, perfectly matches my annual blush colored spring phase. The big bottle contains bath milk - pour some in your bath and it instantly become milky white (and adds a luxurious feeling to your bath). There also is a lip gloss, which leaves a very natural looking -not too glossy- pink sheen.
L'Occitane - Néroli Orchidée Bath Milk (€20)
L'Occitane - Néroli Orchidée Lip Gloss (€8)
L'Occitane - Néroli Orchidée Body Oil (€28)
Everyone goes crazy over this scent, however there are L'Occitane scents that I personally enjoy more. La Collection de Grasse includes other fragrances such as: Jasmine & Bergamote, Magnolia & Mure, Vanille & Narcisse and Thé Vert & Bigarade. I think I might even be a bigger fan of those scents. And there are candles too guys! I might stop by the store to give the other fragrances a whiff and pick up a candle. (Can I really justify getting another candle? Yes, yes I can.)
Do you have a favorite L'Occitane scent?
Love, Rani
